Fast Track V.V.I.P.'s

While the country is crying tears for the lose of its daughter Damini/ Amanat, people have still not left the roads protesting for speedy justice for such serious offenses.

Its good to see a very huge number of people coming up to protest for the betterment of the society even without a leader initiating any movement, even without them directly being effected with the issue. Its really good to see that today when people in metropolitan cities don't have time to spend with even their family are taking out time to participate in the social causes.

A very genuine demand of Fast Track courts for cases like Sexual harassment has been raised by people across the country.


A thought also came in my mind which eventually led me to write this post. The thought is that there should be Fast Track Courts for the so called VVIP citizens of our country.

Since they get VIP treatment in every sector, why not they be given high priority in legal issues too.

They enjoy Z security, high-profile life, special subsidies and what not (I don't say they don't deserve these), they never have to wait in Traffic, railway/airplane ticket windows and not now a days there are separate entries for them even in Temples!!

Then why should they wait in the long queue of general public cases and wait for their turns for years and decades.

Suppose we had special Fast Track Courts for the V.V.I.P's. It would have benefited the both the sides : the society and the V.V.I.P's. I will tell you how.

According to a survey, it has been reported that since the day when our country was freed from the foreign looters, 910,603,234,300,000 Indian Rupees have been eaten by the Indian politicians in the various scams. In words, the money is Nine crore ten lakh six thousand three hundred and twenty-three crore forty-three lakhs rupees. The money equals to something around 21 million million American Dollars.

Most of these cases which has been resolved till now came into conclusion when the actual culprit/s had flown abroad, died naturally or had a very little life left to serve the sentence.

And of coarse, most of the cases are going on and on since decades as there is a long queue of cases pending before them in each hierarchical level of courts in our country.

Had there been special Fast track courts for the above scams, the chances of recovering such a massive wealth would have been doubled and its also possible that we might be standing head to head with other wealthier and developed countries of the World today.

If above was the situation, we being a developed nation, it would have been a very easy thing for our government to bring in high-tech security measures which would have eventually prevented most of the Rape cases, price hikes, unemployment and any other major problem of our country.

Its not only about money, had there been special Fast Track Courts for the V.V.I.P's such as our politicians, many of them alleged to be directly involved in rape or murder cases would have been sentenced very fast (which is not the case today). The fear of speedy resolution would also prevent them to be involved in any such UN-human act.
There are many more good aspects of it.
